Not saving my videos – Video Zoom! - Apply Zoom, Crop Review

I just purchased this app, thought it would work great from what the reviews are saying. But it’s not saving my videos after I edit with the zoom. It says rendering, but it just sits there for over an hour with no progress. The app is useless if it won’t save what I’ve done.
