Poor Service – Tbdress Shop Fashion & Trends Review

The positive reviews must be by the company. I have had nothing but trouble with the website, not knowing whether to my order was complete. When they say shipping in 5-9 days, this is after 10 days of packing. And, there customer service sees no problems with their website deceptions and is no help. Buy somewhere trustworthy because this experience is nothing but scary! I asked twice to cancel the order because it wouldn’t ship in time! They told me it shipped after the second request and in the email from customer service it stated that it could take 2 weeks to receive. The site is a bad choice! Go elsewhere!
