App Not working – Guide of the Way of St James Review

I was so excited to try this app to plan my northern route, and I spent $6 to buy the Northern route within the app. It’s not downloading the files, and when I click on a city to show places to stay, it’s blank. I wrote the people behind the app (they ask you to contact them on WhatsApp), and I can see my message hadn’t been read yet. ? I’m hoping this is resolved quickly, so I can amend this review and say it’s an amazing app! It has such great potential.
