Charged twice for same clue – Escape If You Can 3 (Room Escape challenge games) Review

I paid for a hint but the hint did not lead me to the next step. Then I paid again hoping to get access to the second part but it was the same hint. Frustrating! Awesome game but I can not find the green key.
