Won’t load and absolutely no support anywhere on the actual site – Zak Storm Super Pirate Review

Just got this app for my son and it won’t load. There is no email for support nothing on the sits page. Not to mention he bought a toy with a coin so he could scan just for this. Complete waste of time and money
