Didn’t work; No support from developer – myEcho Dictation Review

I purchased the app and followed all installation instructions, but it simply did not work. No text appears on my computer. I used the developer’s support feature but have not gotten a response in a week (will update here if I do). It appears this app has not been updated for quite some time, the latest update to the app’s website is a few years old, and it offers no support now.
