cannot enable Hiya – Hiya: Spam Blocker & Caller ID Review

One of the first things the app tells you to do is enable hiya in your settings. That option is not available in my settings. I went on the developer website and they said to uninstall it and reinstall and restart my phone and that did not work either. I wasted close to 30 minutes just trying to enable it and none of their fixes worked so it was a total waste of time. don’t download this app
