Maintenance erased my game – FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS Review

I was playing yesterday then it shut off the game and said it would be down for maintenance which was cool with me but when that was over I try to play and it now starts me as if I was new and ask if I want to download tutorial. When I press either option on tutorial screen it will just download and crash to springboard every time ??‍♂️
