Slow service – Steem Wallet By Freewallet Review

*UPDATE: After trying to withdraw since 12/25/17 and multiple support requests, I did receive a response today that they have acknowledged the issue and are working to resolve. ORIGINAL: I've been using the wallet for a few months, no problem making deposits. But when I went to withdraw, I haven't been able to for 6 days. Contacted support through their tickets, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit. All conversations abandoned by them with no explanation of the issue. Do NOT use any of the wallets offered by these developers. They'll steal your money.
