Whatever you do, do not download this wallet. It took forever to have access to my coins. I'm so thankful to have then been able to transfer them back out of this wallet.

I downloaded this just to leave a comment go look at all the wallets in the app store from Freewallet. They are all fake and the comments say the users had their coins stolen. DO NOT USE THIS!!!!

It's taken several hours, and my coins that I transferred to this wallet are nowhere to be found. Support was unhelpful, and copied and pasted the same message twice in a row instead of answering my questions. Let's hope I can get my coins out of here. Edit: it's been a week now, my money is still nowhere to be found. Don't lose your coins to this app, just stick with Coinbase and GDAX tbh. I'm mad that apple allowed this on their store.

I sent 8 Litecoins 2 weeks ago, Spears they are gone despite confirmed transaction! Customer service keeps saying will be credited this week since two weeks- no results Very disappointing and my coins intended for an Xmas gift keep being kept hostage by this wallet Do no sent even 1 Satoshi!!!! Bad guys, check the blogs they are steeling

Honestly like the app and concept. Really have hopes for it but downloaded the app beginning of December and it went under maintenance for almost a month. Contacted support several times and nothing but auto responses. Pretty much you can send coins to this wallet but can’t sent out. I’ll change the rating once this is fixed My user id: e2b837a4

*UPDATE: After trying to withdraw since 12/25/17 and multiple support requests, I did receive a response today that they have acknowledged the issue and are working to resolve. ORIGINAL: I've been using the wallet for a few months, no problem making deposits. But when I went to withdraw, I haven't been able to for 6 days. Contacted support through their tickets, Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit. All conversations abandoned by them with no explanation of the issue. Do NOT use any of the wallets offered by these developers. They'll steal your money.
