Deletes progress – European War 5: Empire Review

I got to age V on my first account, then the game goes and deletes it, and I’m like ok, fine then, I was able to restore my purchases, which was fine, then my account got deleted AGAIN, and I’ve emailed them and received no response, so I give up on this game
