Big Disappointment – Snap Cheats for Words Friends Review

I had used Snap Cheats for some time with my Kindle Fire HDX and loved it. It did all it claimed to do. When I got a new iPad, I immediately purchased the full version for that device. I can take a screenshot, but it does not "snap to." I have to close out of Words, open Snap Cheats, select a screenshot and go back to Words and enter the word. If I had known the app did not work right with I Pad, I would never have installed it, let alone pay for it. I contacted the app developer, and they said there was nothing they could do--it is an Apple issue. Why even market it in iTunes if it doesn't work?
