Is this actually an APP? – Snap Funny Faces - Create Dog Cat and Many other Funny Faces and get More Followers and Likes Review

Have no idea what it is supposed to do, due to after the eighth pop up, I decided to un- install same. Ads are understandable on a free app, but at least let the app work at some point.
