purchasing coins not 100% – Pet Peaves Monsters Review

After trying to Email “support” and the email bouncing back as undeliverable, I figured to try this route : Hello, my son was playing your game, received an Apple gift card for Christmas and went to make a “coin” purchase on your game. The purchase was for 1000000coins for $4.99 it went thru and was deducted from the gift card, but did not give him the coins in the game. I tried it myself, and entered the parent password for the Apple account and purchased 10,000 coins for $.99 and it went thru and he received the coins in the game. Could u please help us in the matter? Thank you
