Much Better – Madbarz: Bodyweight Workouts Review

I’ve been using this app for two years and recently went to premium. This app has had its ups and downs but it’s all starting to iron out and become the highest quality fitness app I know. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: •Awesome calisthenics workouts •Great supportive workout community •Ability to customize your own workouts •Gives you structure to your workout •Works well with back ground music •NO MORE BUGS *at the moment* !!! •Good workout programs and meal recipes for premium users •Ability to save other people’s workouts Cons: •Some more advanced techniques are not on the app •The meals (although they are good) are quite limited. Would love to see more added in •Although you can see muscle activation, you can’t see how much each muscle is used •IMPORTANT - Programs almost all lack equipment. All except the Street Workout program and the Muscle Up program use no equipment. I would love to see the advance programs implement the pull up bar, parallel dip bar, etc more into the workouts. Possible improvements: •More use of equipment in advanced programs •More meals •Show how much each muscle is activated
