Frustrated – Nexia™ for iPad Review

I’ve had this system since spring 2017 and have had no problems with the remote program until now. We turned the heat on Dec 24th. Now I can’t lower the heat setting below 72°. It was 82° in Metro Phoenix today and I don’t need the heat on. I can’t turn the heat off remotely either. I’m 75 miles away and don’t want to leave to go turn the heat down or off!
