Can't open the app!! – Easy To Draw My Little Pet Shop Edition Review

Okay so I've been trying to open the app but it keeps glitching out. I can't open it. At all. I tried 10 time and nothing. Is it because I'm on ipad? If so please make t playable on iPads.
