Love the game but rip off on purchases – Lost Lands: Mahjong Review

Yesterday I bought the chest special for 2.99 for laptop, didn't get it, emailed company no response. Dummy me decided to get it on iPad. Made it crash. Didn't get it again, had to reload it on iPad of course I lost all progress. I also play mahjong journey, haven't had any problems with purchases. I won't be purchasing anything else, until I get a response! And then not sure I will then. Buyer beware!!! Please take care of your customers!
