Controllers will not connect – VRSE Batman Review

Controllers will not connect to app with IPhone. I was able to get it to connect right away to a Samsung phone. I purchased Batman as well as Jurassic World. The controller for Jurassic World does not work. Unable to get a hold of anyone with the company to fix the problem.
