Struggling to make phone calls – Mobile VoIP by netTALK Review

I am using net talk service from last two years. Surprised to see downgraded service. Unable to make any international prepaid calls. Tried to reach busy customers support only chat line. Never was able to speak any one over phone! No one helps... feels like money got stuck. I feel like helpless
