Great idea in theory but a joke in practice – Rise - Nutrition & Weight Loss Coach Review

So you photograph all your food and a dietician gives you a green yellow or red rating per meal. You might get a few comments like, “great choice!”, “maybe a smaller portion next time?”, etc. I had high hopes when I started but after a week I was disappointed. A toddler could tell you a salad with veggies is healthier than a burger with fries. The cost should give you a good sense of the value you can expect to get. It’s $40/month which works out to $2 / day (they commit to 5 days a week). Now we’re talking about registered dietitians in the U.S., you can expect maybe 30-45 seconds a day from your “personal dietician”, once a week maybe a minute or two. After 3 months I did learn something though... that the only thing it takes to lose weight is personal control. You want a cheerleader get a dog.
