White Sofa couch – Dolly: Moving & Delivery Help Review

Nice guys — but my white couch was ruined. They did not cover it as they said it would be when I called ahead to make sure (since it was a white fabric couch). I watched them putting it on the ground covered in snow and dirt. Very disappointed! I think it was too heavy for them so this is why they set it down — but at least why they did not cover it, especially when I called ahead to check:(
