Terrible customer service! – Magic Phone Cleaner Review

I used this ap weekly with my 6s and it was the best! With my iPhone 8 it gets stuck for as much as 15 minutes at 49% cleaning and locks my phone down for as much as 15 minutes then shuts it down! This is a brand new phone! I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times and the same thing happens. I’ve sent 2 emails over the last month about the situation and no response! I had been advising friends and family to get this ap but no more!!!! It not only isn’t working it’s shutting down my phone ! If it needs an update I would expect customer service to respond. Very frustrating!
