Need support – Snap Cheats - for Word Chums Review

I've used and loved this game for a long time but for some reason now when I import a screen shot it says. Screen dimensions don't match the screenshot dimensions. Never had this problem before. I am not zoomed in when I screen screenshot. Would email support but it says set up email first, well nowhere I can find to set up a email, help please!!!
