Update is HORRIBLE – Block Buddies 3D City Building Review

I want to go down one update because their is this town that always makes fun of me since they call me a terrorist because I am Muslim, I want to learn how to take away blocks and lock the owner up... the mayor-owner calls me mean words so plz tell me how to move updates back!!!
