Some decent aspects but the developer runs shady operation – Enlight Review

I've purchased Pro plans of a few apps from this developer (Enlight, Facetune & Facetune2). Recently I purchased the Pro plan for another of their apps named Quickshot. Every time I use the app I'm unable to save my photo. Keep getting a pop-up that I've used "Pro features" which of course I did b/c I purchased them and was charged $19.99 for a recurring annual subscription (even though I selected a lower plan they offered for 3 months). Numerous times I've "restored" my purchase without success of saving my edits. Today I attempted to access the app via my iTunes purchase history and to my surprise there is suddenly a pop-up that says this item is not available in the U.S. Really? So how was I able to purchase it 2 days ago and be promptly charged (and charged for a more expensive plan than I selected). I've contacted the developer but no response as of yet. Going thru iTunes is a nightmare. I've had billing issues with this developer in the past as well for their Facetune apps. My rating is a big fat "F" as a business. There are plenty of excellent photo editing developers to choose from that have their act together. Choose wisely.
