Can’t set up watch – Tommy Hilfiger TH24/7 Review

The watch gives me a code, the app asks for the code, I type it in, but it still doesn’t pair. I’ve tried turning off my phone, deleting the app, closing the app, resetting the watch, nothing works. It did work for a bit, but the app told me to update the firmware on the watch. Since then, I can’t get it to pair again.
