Can’t create or edit playlist – Stezza: Simple Music Player Review

I downloaded this app with the hopes of being able to edit playlists. I can’t find a way to create a playlist, or add or delete tracks from my playlist. I don’t want to delete this app and waste my $3. Does anyone know how to edit the playlists?
