If your amount has already been deducted, your order will be confirmed shortly. In case we are not able to confirm your payment, we will refund the entire amount to your account/wallet automatically. So please cancel if it is not possible to send and remove cart option which is stuck up and oblige as soon as possible since it is stuck up.
