Not working – HourMate - Hourly Chime & Time Reminder for Keeping Track of Your Precious Hours Review

I actually wanted to pay for the pro version but not until I have tried the free app, I had wanted an app that will announce time hourly, but this app will simply NOT do that, even after granting all permissions; neither did the developer reply my mail, very poor business approach. I won't risk 4 bucks for any worthless app!.
