Doesn't work , bills even after you uninstall – iCab Mobile (Web Browser) Review

I don’t know which is worse, the fact that this app automatically and randomly billed me weeks after I had uninstalled it or the fact that it’s nearly impossible to find how to get a refund on the Apple website. Very disappointed
