New update doesn’t work – Amazon Prime Video Review
Keep getting the “playback error” message of “we’re unable to connect to Amazon Video. Please verify your device’s internet connect.” On both my iPad and iPhone. My internet is 100% just fine. I am on it as we speak and everything is working just fine. I saw another customer post on Saturday that they are having the same problem. PLEASE fix this ASAP.. Thanks
UPDATE: 5.1.1 still does not work. Still having the exact same problem. There is no way to email some either. I use prime video a lot so please fix this problem!!!
