Great product I have used for a few years, however... – Simple Control Home Remote Review

Great software however, I have it a 2 Star because the support is awful. They just give canned responses or simple one line responses that make no sense and often don’t even address the question. Their user forum is moderated, so there is no open dialog and it’s hard to get help from other customers.
