Reservation means come in and wait. – Supercuts Hair Salon Check-in Review

I've had good results with the appointments. My biggest complaint is that when you make a reservation, this means that you reserve a spot at a particular time and you get that spot or close to it. If 6 people walk in before you get there, you slide your spot. Why is there a reservation then?
