Can’t even use app – Polly - Polls for Snapchat Review

It won’t text the number I put in. I’ve retyped multiple times. I’ve kept my screen on for almost an hour on the app. No text. Nothing. So I can’t even press “maybe later” or anything. Maybe change it to just make an account with email. Might be easier then this messy texting thing that seems to not work..
