Not user friendly – Lifetime: TV Shows & Movies Review

It’s pretty clear that whoever created this app doesn’t use it. When you start an episode, it goes into a commercial and no longer gives you the option to cast it until the show starts. When you log back in, there’s no option to pickup where you left off. There is also no tracking to show you what episodes you’ve watched so it takes a few clicks and reading the recap to see if you have seen that one or not. Update to add that it seems the part of the app that works with Chromecast doesn’t “talk” to the rest of the app. When one episode is done casting and you go to start another, every time you click to cast it takes you to a screen showing the previous episode you casted. I have to quit the app, turn off WiFi, open the app back up, again search for the series and episode I want to watch (bc remember you can’t pick up where you left off nor are you notified what episodes you’ve already watched), BUT! Before you click play be sure to turn WiFi back on, cast it back up, and then click play or else you’ll have to watch the commercial on your device and then again once you start casting. ?
