Doesn’t work – The Video Converter Review

I bought a $2.99 version, Download Failed. I reported the issue. I bought a $4.99 version but then noticed it’s the same company. It failed as well, same functionality. DOWNLOAD FAILED, after uploading. I may be the problem but if so, why? Mov file to recommended MP4 file. Original is only 48mb, 24 seconds.
