No longer connects to food database?? – My Diet Diary Calorie Counter Review

Is it me or did this app stop connecting to the food/calorie database recently? All of a sudden food searches yield empty results. Also, really need to fix the selection box not sticking the 1st or 2nd time you click it.... Otherwise it's perfect. Could use a larger database of foods like the one in my fitness pal which has like a million entries. Update 12/2017 - What happened? This app is so slow loading, switching screens, using it with ios 11 on my iphone 6 plus it’s almost unusable now. Also some food entries show time stamps some don’t and sometimes they are not in time order entered/eaten. This app needs to be fixed. From the main menu it takes 4-5 seconds to switch between track it and daily diary.
