App does not recognize my Old Navy Credit Card – Old Navy: Shop for New Clothes Review

I’m a new Old Navy credit card holder. The app does not recognize my Old Navy credit card in order to make purchases using the credit card holder promo codes, and won’t even save the credit card in my profile as a credit card I can purchase with. I have to call in any order if I want to use the 10% off Welcome code for new cardholders, and for the recent card holder promos. It’s not just the app but online ordering too. I’m planning on canceling the credit card shortly.
