Can’t delete account off phone – Vikings: War of Clans Review

I downloaded the game on my iPhone. I accidentally used a teleport and could no longer relocate my city. I had to start a new account on my computer because I can’t get the original account deleted. I sent the developers an email and I have yet to hear a response. I just hope they don’t delete the wrong account....waiting for a response..... Update: finally had a response through FB messenger. apparently the developers can’t delete an account off a mobile phone. Completely ridiculous. If they would just fix the tech issue I’d be able to play. I guess it’s too complicated to delete and old account off a phone so I can play an active FB linked account on my phone. Update 2: I emailed support directly and it’s now been 5 days....no response. WORST customer service EVER!
