Two Stars – JPay Review

It used to work well, but now it is always slow now. When I try to send a picture, email, or video it is loading and loading.....Never loads and sends out. I’ll get lucky sometimes ? I tried to log out and sign back in and same problem. My internet and phone network works fine so I do not understand what is going on.
