I keep getting locked out or something! What is wrong? I tried to submit an email and called number listed in app and I think it’s a fake account. Makes me wonder if it’s legit. It keeps telling me that I lost connection. How can I lose connection if I never connected. Fix it! App support doesn’t work either! For goodness sake people don’t buy chips. It’s a scam I think!
