HELP – Live Wallpapers for iPhone 6s & 6s Plus - Free Animated Backgrounds Review

Maybe I’m just confused but I downloaded the app found the one I wanted and the only way to make it move is to touch it as long as I touched it the picture moved but only for about three seconds. Then I lifted my finger up when it stopped. I touched it again and the same three seconds played again. Oh boy what fun I get to touch screen and watch three seconds play. Is this a joke? Do I have to actually set the screen up as my lock screen and home screen to be able to get more than three seconds? Then do I have to touch it the entire time in order to make move? Because I’m not going to waste my time doing that in order to Jesse three seconds so if you want to answer my questions I will wait a little while to see if you do if not I’m just going to uninstall it. Thank you in advance for any attempt an answer.
