Lost money? – Gane - Send, Save, and Spend Review

Had the app for a couple months and used it once in a while. It doesn’t work 90% of the time and says I don’t have enough for less than $3 of froyo when I had $18 in the gane account. Recently I’ve put in another $12 but it DID NOT get added to my balance and it’s been a couple days. Customer service ignores and doesn’t respond. Sadly looks like i just lost $12. Means a lot for someone broke like me.
