Charged my account 3 times and didn’t unlock all backgrounds – Birthday Card Maker & Frames Review

Trying to get a a full-refund. I was trying to make a card for my husbands birthday and the app failed. It harried me 3 times and wouldn’t unlock access to all backgrounds that it said if I purchased.
