App Support Does Not Work – Hello Kitty Collage Review

I’ve been using this app for over a year. There is a lag time when opening the app as well as when you view the sticker packs. There’s a new sticker pack I’ve been trying to download and I received the error message, “Failed to acquire item. Check the signal quality and try again later.” I contacted their support and received a delivery failure email because the email address listed on the app is “undeliverable or could not be found.” New sticker packs appear on the app regularly however if you ever have an issue there is no support.
