Good but needs more options – LetterGlow - Creative Design Review

Use this app often, but it needs the option of creating graphics with transparent backgrounds and the ability to add more layers. Very frustrating to not have more flexibility with layering. Support has also never, ever, responded to my multiple emails. Not even an auto response.
