Love it BUT.....there's a problem – RoadStar Review

I would love to give this game 10 stars but can't right now due to a problem.... This game is great, like all of the games by 111% but I was shocked when I just went to play and discovering everything I had was gone & the tutorial started up...The update on 12/3 reset my game & completely wiped out all my progress. This is pretty awful becoz I had accumulated over 15-20 different cars and a lot were rare, unique or legendary. I put a good amount of time into getting those cars and had a bunch of the tracks unlocked as well. ? I'm a HUGE fan of this developer own & love almost every game they have and don't want to be a whiny britches but I really don't want to start over on this one. There is no support option in the game or online either. Please help me 111%!!
