Works well EXCEPT for bogus estimates for pickup time – Lyft Review

I like using Lyft, and the app generally works well. But its estimate of how soon you’ll get picked up are often wildly wrong (always underestimates) and sometimes physically impossible. This seems to be a pattern so I suspect it’s intentional.
