Where to get support or report issues? – YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream Review

Ever since the last 2 iOS updates my videos freeze while the audio continues to play. Most of the time it resolves itself but at least twice out of every 10-15 videos I have to quit the program and then relaunch. I am only noticing this on my iPhone, as it is the primary device I have with me all day, with 11.2 but it started with the update before this version. So tired of it!
